Information we collect

Atlas Bright currently collects very little information through the website itself. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, enquiry topic, order reference (if applicable) and message.

We do not ask children to submit personal information through the website.

Technical and hosting information

Like most websites, hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP addresses, browser or device information, request timestamps and server logs.

Atlas Bright does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural profiling.

Purchases and payment information

Payments are not yet enabled. When checkout is activated, payment processing will be handled by a payment provider such as Stripe. Atlas Bright will receive the information needed to confirm an order, provide access and support the purchase, but payment-card details will be handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Atlas Bright.

Children and family use

Atlas Bright is designed for children, families and educators, but purchases, account administration and support enquiries should be handled by an adult, parent, guardian or authorised educator.

The website is not designed to build advertising profiles about children.

How long information is kept

Information should only be kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, security, accounting, dispute handling or customer support. Specific retention periods will be documented before account and purchase systems go live.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to ask for access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or other information about how it is used.

To make a privacy request, use the contact page. Identity may need to be verified before account or order information can be disclosed.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated before Atlas Bright activates features that materially change how personal information is handled, including checkout, customer accounts, secure digital delivery or non-essential analytics.
